in developing innovative portable sport equipment announced it has signed
distribution agreements in Australia and the UK for its FlexGoal line of

part of Bow&Lever's distributor development program and an indication
of the expanding demand for the FlexGoal soccer nets worldwide. In Australia , Score More will be distributing the FlexGoal in all Australian territories and throughout New Zealand . Changes in safety regulations have created a strong demand for a portable goal that meets the newly enacted safety requirements. According to Wayne Friedman, CEO of ScoreMore, “FlexGoal provides superior product performance while at the same time conforming to the new safety requirements. We are excited to be working with Bow&Lever to bring FlexGoal to Australia and New Zealand . We have already seen a solid demand for the FlexGoal from our customers” In the UK , 4coaches signed an agreement in late 2005 to distribute the FlexGoal and began marketing the product in the first quarter of 2006. The UK market comprises over 5 million core youth soccer players who are the primary buyers of FlexGoals along with their coaches. “We had used FlexGoal during our coaching sessions and fell in love with the product” said Craig Leverington, 4coaches Director. “We immediately acted to become a distributor and are about to place our third order for goals, the product is unique in performance, ease of transport and look.” Bow&Lever is rapidly growing through sales of its FlexGoal and FlexStop training goals and nets. The company sells its products through both its distributor network and directly to consumers through its website www.flexgoal.com . Raleigh Bouffard, Bow & Lever's President expects ongoing adoption of the FlexGoal technology. “FlexGoal is a unique product for soccer training and our partnerships with ScoreMore and 4Coaches is just more validation for the FlexGoal's potential. We are excited to have added these two premier partners as we expand our distributor program.”
